Establishment:
IDI Trading & Construction was established on November 17 , 1999 by Engineer. Jose M. Lising Jr. with years of experience in construction industry.
Work Started:
By January of 2000, IDI began to subcontract various works at SM Pampanga with Monolith Corporation (Main contractor) for their site development i.e. RCP installation and in their main building civil works like CHB laying, wall plastering and other concreting works. At the following year IDI subcontracted also work at Robinson Pampanga for their site development with Hilmarcs Corporation (Main contractor of Robinson for site development).
Government Projects:
After the completion of project at Robinson star mills IDI began to bid for government projects at Pampanga Engineering Office (PEO) and DPWH District 1 at Sindalan, San Fernando Pampanga. IDI government projects consist of School buildings, Multi-purposed building, Road upgrading & concreting, Covered Court, Public Market and other Farm to market roads.
SBMA Projects:
IDI built also Two (2) Units Gasoline Station for Freeport Service Corporation (FSC), Boardwalks, Road and Timeshare buildings for Subic Coastal Development Corporation (SCDC) at Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority.
Subdivision development:
IDI involve also in subdivision development. Partial development of Family Ville Subdivision at Lubao Pampanga and full development of Villa Paulina subdivision located at Panipuan, Mexico Pampanga.
Private Residential/Commercial building:
IDI built also 10-units Two-story apartment, 5-unit Three-story town houses, Two-story residential building, Single-story bungalow type and One-story Commercial buildings.

For the past few years of involvement in construction industries, IDI has already established itself as a major player in the country’s booming construction industries. With the company continuing its successful operations, it would be easy to imagine how much farther the company will be in a few more years.
